Over the past decade, I have architected and directed data ecosystems across international non-profit organizations, large-scale educational institutions, and telecommunications leaders. At the Grameen Foundation for Social Impact, I lead project data and M&E analysis for the SCALE action research project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, creating multi-tier Zoho Analytics dashboards, Power BI models, and automated WhatsApp Cloud API messaging gateways.
Prior to this, I developed end-to-end mobile and desktop Project Management Systems (PMS) on Google AppSheet with location-based tracking for farmer training interventions, managed comprehensive institutional ERPs and biometric HRMS systems for over 2,000 students and staff, and optimized regional distributor sales analytics at Reliance Jio. My approach combines rigorous data quality assurance with user-friendly digital tools that grassroots teams and executive leadership can easily adopt.
